Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to gain insight into clients’ substance abuse history and mental health needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges of addiction and mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with treatment team members and external partners to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure clients receive the best possible support.

• Support and educate clients' families to foster their involvement in the recovery process, enhancing the client's support system.

• Maintain precise and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. We also address co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety, providing a dual focus to maximize client recovery outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling is essential.

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and credentials.
