Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and trauma recovery.

• Collaborate actively with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, fostering personal growth and recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and state regulations, to ensure compliance and protect the privacy of your clients.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, coordinating care and resources to offer well-rounded support to clients and their families.

• Remain updated on current mental health trends, research, and best practices to improve your therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing mental health concerns in a compassionate manner. Your role is crucial in creating a therapeutic alliance where clients feel safe to share their experiences, enhancing their path toward recovery and overall mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as either an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; eligibility for licensure will also be considered.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling services to individuals and groups, demonstrating a strong clinical acumen.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence and delivering affirming care tailored to varying needs and backgrounds.

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to express ideas clearly and empathetically.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
