Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals facing substance use disorders, ranging from early-stage recovery to those at various points in their treatment journey. As you work with patients, you’ll encounter diverse backgrounds and personal stories, requiring a compassionate and adaptable approach to meet varying needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Solid understanding of substance use disorders, demonstrating knowledge of evidence-based treatments and recovery-oriented care.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach towards all patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
