Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders to identify their unique needs and establish achievable goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions aimed at fostering self-awareness and personal growth among patients.

• Lead group therapy sessions to encourage peer support and share effective recovery strategies in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This role will focus on assisting individuals and their families affected by substance use disorders, guiding them through the challenges associated with addiction recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of California is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, specifically in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
