Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges faced by clients seeking assistance with alcohol-related issues.

• Facilitate therapy groups and support sessions as needed, contributing to a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Maintain up-to-date case notes and treatment documentation while minimizing administrative duties through our integrated billing and operational systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) supported by the organization, ensuring your skills remain relevant and impactful.

• Encourage clients to explore community recovery support options, integrating resources such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and SMART Recovery into treatment plans.

• Participate in monthly peer supervision groups and collaborate with the Clinical Operations Team for enhanced client care and support.

You will be working primarily with adults who are navigating complex relationships with alcohol, showcasing a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
