Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in assessment findings and tailored to client goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through specialized telehealth technology, enabling clients to access care conveniently and safely from their homes.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress in therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and primary care providers—to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Strictly uphold client confidentiality by adhering to ethical standards of practice as governed by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and may include individuals dealing with disabilities or logistical challenges that make traditional in-person therapy less feasible. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
