This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule within a supportive framework. Typical hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there is no on-call work involved. You will be equipped with state-of-the-art digital tools, allowing for efficient documentation and insurance processing, thus enabling you to concentrate wholly on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly counseling sessions via live video for adult clients, employing evidence-based treatment strategies to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the complexities of each patient’s situation.

• Utilize self-administered symptom assessments and goal progress monitoring tools to evaluate and adjust treatment strategies effectively.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to receive supervisions and discuss complex cases, ensuring that you are supported in your role.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through free monthly continuing education training (CEUs) provided by the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
