Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the needs, strengths, and objectives of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders. This involves creating comprehensive initial intake reports and ongoing assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, applying various evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, helping clients set realistic goals and ensuring consistent progress through tailored strategies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and foster a sense of community among individuals navigating recovery together.

• Collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment and ensure all aspects of the client's health are being addressed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
