This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care through our dedicated telehealth platform. Working from the comfort of your home, you will have access to advanced telehealth technologies that facilitate seamless communication with patients and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Our flexible work setting supports a work-life balance, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while also accommodating occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with geriatric psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies involving elderly patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving the geriatric population, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and memory disorders related to dementia. You will work intimately with elderly patients, utilizing your understanding of their cognitive and emotional needs to deliver impactful therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid clinical licensing, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on a patient-centered and empathetic approach.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth applications to enhance patient care.
