Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, preferably with older adult populations.
