Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, specifically elderly patients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, dementia, and adjustment disorders that may stem from age-related transitions or chronic health issues. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique psychological, physical, and social circumstances that affect older adults.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with elderly populations is highly desired.

• A comprehensive understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This impactful role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
