Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on the geriatric population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, addiction, dementia, and transitional difficulties. The therapist will engage with patients who may have complex health profiles that require a sensitive and informed approach to mental health care. The role emphasizes building trust and establishing rapport with elderly patients and their families, which is crucial in delivering effective therapy and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
