This position allows flexibility, as you will work remotely while also being part of an outpatient office setting when necessary. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, but some scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate emotional, psychological, and behavioral health, employing evidence-based practices to devise personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurately reflect the treatment provided.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, enhancing the holistic approach to each client's care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources, fostering a support network that extends beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
