This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexible work schedules while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, ensuring work-life balance for our therapists.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support diverse client populations.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups that promote mental health awareness and provide both information and community connection.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance patient care through shared insights and collaborative treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in urgent situations, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed with compassion and expertise.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Keep detailed and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

As a therapist at Lifetime Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. This role is critical in addressing the unique challenges each patient faces, ensuring personalized care that acknowledges individual experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required to practice.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven ability in conducting mental health assessments and constructing effective treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele, showcasing cultural competence and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
