This role operates within a full remote telehealth model, which allows you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home or preferred location. The position is built on a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for older adults, recognizing their unique needs and challenges, and formulate individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with geriatric psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on older adults experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and relevant evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
