Though primarily digital, our dedicated outpatient office facility in Redmond, Washington, serves as a resource for in-person consultations and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, focusing on individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect the evolving needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions to ensure effective care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic, well-rounded care and support for clients.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and legislation to provide clients with informed, relevant, and ethical care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, ensuring that clients are safe and connected to appropriate resources during moments of acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. Clients may seek support for issues ranging from generalized anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical mental health settings, demonstrating the ability to provide effective therapy services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
