Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, often facing co-occurring medical and mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with individuals dealing with complex diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and chronic illnesses. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing integrated support that fosters resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge and experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring physical health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
