Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients' mental health conditions, which will form the basis for personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure all aspects of a client’s treatment are being addressed.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, applying your expertise to support clients in immediate distress and developing safety plans to mitigate risk.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, creating awareness about mental health resources and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be adept at building therapeutic relationships with clients to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively work with diverse populations.

• Ability to manage your schedule efficiently while ensuring accurate documentation and timely client follow-up.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a mental health clinical setting, with a focus on individual and family therapy.

• Experience with telehealth practices and using virtual platforms for therapy would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
