In this full-time role, you will provide remote counseling services aimed at improving the mental health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Woodinville, Washington, and beyond. Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, enabling you to communicate and connect with clients via telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office is equipped with the necessary technology to facilitate seamless virtual interactions. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and maintain close contact with colleagues, despite the remote setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and areas for growth, leading to customized treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians, to provide holistic and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic methods in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in psychological treatments to enhance service delivery and promote ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing cultural competence to understand and address their unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active licensure in the state of Washington as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent.
\n
• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
\n
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Ability to work independently while also being an active, engaged member of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting, with experience in telehealth services being a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience in managing crisis situations and providing crisis intervention as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
