Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health needs, establishing rapport and trust from the outset.

• Develop, update, and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring all records meet legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, all facing various mental health issues. Your therapeutic approach will be guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions tailored to their specific needs and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a supportive and empathetic relationship with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for telehealth services, along with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and familiarity with community resources will be highly regarded. Having a background in collaborative treatment planning and systemic family therapy can greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
