Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with evidence-based methods tailored to each client's specific issues, including therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Engage in family therapy or group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and addressing group dynamics to support peer relationships.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring a holistic treatment approach that encompasses all aspects of a client’s care.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, such as mental health workshops or school programs, to normalize therapy and promote mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
