Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and related mental health issues, employing standardized tools and questionnaires.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients’ family members, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and facilitating family therapy sessions as needed.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, including documentation of progress notes and treatment updates.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on your experience and credentials.
