Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Vista Counseling Center, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each requiring a tailored approach to their unique circumstances. You will work with adults and adolescents, providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the State of California.

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on mood disorders.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology, with the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and medication management teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time Clinical Mental Health Therapist position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
