Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, treatment goals, and preferred therapeutic approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for mood disorders.

• Monitor and document clients' therapeutic progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with all ethical and legal obligations.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, specifically focusing on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
