Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a Remote work setting, enabling you to utilize modern telehealth technology to engage with clients. You will primarily work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekend hours based on a rotational schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an accurate understanding of their severity, frequency, and duration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
