Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms of mood disorders, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide comprehensive education and support to both clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with self-care strategies and treatment options.

• Continuously monitor and track clients’ progress throughout the treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in frequent collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, sessions, and treatment plans in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus for new hires.
