Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, allowing for flexible work arrangements while directly impacting clients in an outpatient setting. Our clinic promotes a culture of collaboration and continual professional development, where team meetings and case consultations are regularly held to support clinical excellence. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, including the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through collaborative efforts with clients, tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients’ recovery.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, engaging them in discussions about treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to facilitate integrated care that holistically addresses client needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

The primary focus of this role will be working with a diverse range of clients experiencing mood disorders, including significant depressive episodes, bipolar disorder spectrum conditions, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
