Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while providing you with the tools to engage comfortably with clients. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts on a rotating basis, ensuring a dynamic work-life rhythm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify the severity and nature of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans, ensuring each plan reflects their specific goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver engaging and impactful interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
