Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working environment, enabling flexibility and convenience for our staff. The role requires full-time availability, with working hours set from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. There are no expectations for evening or weekend work, allowing our counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring a trusting and professional relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, assess stability, and prepare for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized, client-centered treatment plans to address individual needs and facilitate mental health improvements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record systems.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and service requirements.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to review clinical challenges and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and continuity of services for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Vibra, you will work with a varied population of clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
