Work Environment\n

This role allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling you to maintain work-life balance while adhering to our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. By leveraging telehealth technologies, you will connect with clients face-to-face via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring that therapy is accessible regardless of geographical barriers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate symptoms related to mood disorders, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that integrate their specific needs, goals, and preferences to support their mental health journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with prescribing clinicians.

• Demonstrated success in delivering positive outcomes for clients diagnosed with mood disorders.

• Exemplary communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
