This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work hours while still providing the extensive support network characteristic of our outpatient office. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, guiding treatment direction.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and adapting methodologies as necessary to fit client needs.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower participation in their care.

• Monitoring and tracking client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards and to facilitate continuity of care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will receive preference:

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
