As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to conduct your practice from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our robust team. You will primarily work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to manage personal and professional responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, taking into account severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that encompass their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide impactful treatment sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them on their healing journey.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain diligent records of client sessions and treatment plans in a secure and confidential manner in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with clients experiencing various mood disorders, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our patient population is diverse, representing a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and you will play a critical role in providing culturally competent care tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrable expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative skills to work effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A proven record of achieving positive client outcomes within your practice.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
