Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify patients' mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
\n
• Engage in collaborative case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care.

• Participate in regular peer review meetings aimed at improving overall treatment quality and sharing clinical insights.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and provide them with community resource referrals.
\n
• Remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health research to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrate a strong ability to employ solution-based psychotherapy techniques that are adaptable to the specific needs of clients.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• Demonstrate the ability to contribute positively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is a plus, given the remote nature of this position.

• Previous work in an outpatient setting, particularly with a trauma-informed approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
