Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand and address clients' unique needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring interventions to the individual client or family.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring rapid response and effective de-escalation techniques are employed.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to promote mental health education and help reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, presenting with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent license in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence while working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
