Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to establish patient needs and build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s psychological, emotional, and social needs.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to clients through virtual sessions.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other professionals as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including interdisciplinary consultations.

• Providing ongoing support and follow-up to assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

• Participating in supervised or peer review meetings to enhance professional knowledge and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Our therapists are well-equipped to handle a variety of cases, ensuring that clients receive tailored therapeutic interventions that meet their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice independently in the state of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, preferably to adult populations.
\n
• Expertise in conducting intake assessments, implementing treatment plans, and engaging in progress evaluations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, the following experiences would be highly desirable:

Compensation and Benefits\n
