Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for Health Plan members experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Participate in interdisciplinary staff conferences to collaboratively select and assess treatment strategies aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on evidence-based interventions rooted in current best practices.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive intake summaries, treatment plans, and case notes while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with state regulations and NCQA guidelines.
\n
• Actively engage in an on-call rotation as necessary, providing immediate support for urgent or crisis situations.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate clients for psychotropic medications within your scope of practice.
\n
• Utilize community resources and public agency partnerships to create holistic treatment pathways for clients.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows or other Associate-level clinicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Provide educational support to clients' families, offering insights and guidance on effective ways to support their loved ones' treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Collaborating with diverse clientele from various backgrounds allows you to tailor your approach and employ different therapeutic techniques suited to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with a demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development.
