Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rocky Meadow Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with varying mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions.

• Modify care plans in response to real-time patient feedback and changes in clinical status, ensuring effective treatment interventions.

• Provide therapy services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and resilience.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create effective discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care and seamless transitions for patients.

• Assist patients in navigating community resources and provide necessary referrals to external services that promote overall wellness.

• Uphold rigorous compliance with all regulatory standards, including the Mental Health Practice Act and applicable clinical guidelines.

• Perform social work consultations, offering supportive interventions and crisis management where necessary.

• Advocate for patients and families, facilitating communication between various care teams and external agencies to enhance patient experiences.

• Monitor patient progress and identify individuals at risk for prolonged stays or readmission, coordinating with care teams to determine optimal solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. You will be responsible for assessing each patient's unique situation and tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs, always promoting empathy and understanding as the foundation of your interactions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, with verification of educational background.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Clinical Psychologist.

• Demonstrated understanding of community mental health resources and how to navigate them effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $1,000.
