Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs and diagnose various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary care teams, modifying these plans as patient conditions evolve.

• Documenting interactions, treatment progress, and patient status in accordance with HIPAA standards and clinic policies, using an efficient and user-friendly application.

• Identifying patients at risk of readmission or extended stays and proactively coordinating solutions to promote smooth transitions in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals with varying degrees of mental health needs. You will be equipped to provide care for children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a wide spectrum of issues from anxiety disorders and depression to complex emotional challenges. Your ability to build rapport with patients is essential, as you work to empower them in their recovery and ongoing mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
