Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, establishing a clear baseline for care.

• Provide specialized individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring a focus on measurable improvements.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage a full caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board.

Preferred Experience\n
