Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Program Development: Creatively develop, implement, and assess clinical treatment programs tailored to the needs of clients with both acute and chronic mental health issues. Your innovative approach will shape treatment strategies during interdisciplinary staff meetings.

• Therapeutic Services: Provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit diverse cultural backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare comprehensive intake summaries and treatment plans that comply with state and NCQA standards. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress, ensuring quality of care and accountability.

• Collaborative Care: Partner with physicians to screen and evaluate patients for psychotropic medications, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment by leveraging both pharmacological and therapeutic modalities.

• Supervision: If qualified, supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering a learning environment that emphasizes clinical development.

• Family Involvement: Facilitate support for family members of clients, providing explanations of treatment plans and strategies to enhance client acceptance and adherence to therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
