Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, as well as face-to-face sessions, to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Facilitating open discussions surrounding clients’ emotions and life experiences, thus promoting self-awareness, acceptance, and personal growth.

• Advocating for clients’ needs by assisting them in the development of achievable, personalized goals that align with their treatment plans.

Our client roster consists of stable adults who are experiencing low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you will not be working with severe cases. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and active mental health counseling license (such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW), allowing independent practice.

• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessing client needs and developing effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interaction.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for counseling and general computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Matters Healthcare Services values the hard work and dedication of our team members. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their personal well-being. You'll benefit from weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely and reliable income.
