Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized telehealth counseling sessions, focusing on mental health issues such as stress management, procrastination, and work-life balance.

• Engage in active listening and provide empathetic support to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client encounters in compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing a range of emotional challenges and stressors. These may include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will allow you to cater to sub-clinical cases, empowering clients to overcome obstacles and work toward their personal growth and self-mastery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct counseling services to individuals.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport quickly with clients through virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
