This position is primarily a remote role, providing flexibility while ensuring you maintain ongoing support through virtual collaboration with colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs, to clients seeking stress relief and emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, customizing mindfulness practices to best support their needs.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, designed to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops that focus on mindfulness practices, resilience-building, and the enhancement of overall mental health for attendees.

• Integrate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing specific mental health concerns while facilitating overall growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and medical professionals to enhance treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of client sessions, progress updates, and treatment interventions to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly engage in personal mindfulness practice and professional development activities to sharpen your expertise in mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• While extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, it is not strictly required for this role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the creation of a calming, supportive therapeutic environment that fosters open dialogue.
