Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health statuses, including evaluating histories and therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on recognized therapeutic modalities and best practices.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate crisis interventions effectively, employing your skills to guide clients through immediate mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional healthcare services when necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve represent a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• At least four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and commitment to culturally responsive therapy.

• Advanced interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
