Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status, establishing a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions (individual and group) employing evidence-based practices while ensuring a culturally affirming approach to therapy.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing feedback and additional resources to foster recovery.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate patient care and provide comprehensive treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions within electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with substance use issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and best therapeutic practices, including evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to maintain composure in unpredictable situations.

• Demonstrated expertise in building therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient use of electronic health records and a commitment to confidentiality in patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy, implementing culturally responsive methods.
