Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and appropriate treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience through collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and other specialists—to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma effects, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain documentation in compliance with legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical care.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development to stay abreast of current trauma treatment best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
