Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate positive change.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of care.

• Document all session notes and client interactions clearly and concisely, maintaining compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and validated, fostering a therapeutic alliance critical for effective counseling.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. The therapists at Empathy Edge work with diverse populations, providing specialized support tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. As you engage with clients, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering them to navigate their mental health challenges through understanding and therapeutic guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a social worker, counselor, marriage/family therapist, or psychologist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) within the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy, specifically targeting adult populations.
\n
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments, providing diagnoses, and formulating treatment plans.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions by licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices, notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is highly desirable.

• Previous work experience in a community health setting or schools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
