Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Maryland.

• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads.

• No history of disciplinary actions with a licensing board.
