Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
\n
• Facilitating both group therapy sessions and individual/family counseling, adhering to a consistent schedule.

• Engaging in case discussions and peer consultations to leverage collective expertise and develop innovative treatment strategies.

• Providing documentation and maintaining accurate records in our electronic health record system.
\n
• Participating in continuing education opportunities and utilizing free CEUs to expand your professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults who are facing challenges including mental health disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. With a maximum of eight clients per group, therapists can forge meaningful relationships and engage in deep, therapeutic work that promotes sustainable healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• An active and valid counseling license (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility for supervision for junior-licensed therapists.

• A commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and an understanding of the nuances within adolescent and young adult populations.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, based on the contract or W2 employment structure.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance candidacy:

• Previous work in telehealth settings or remote counseling environments.

• Experience with specific therapeutic methodologies tailored for youth, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition, we provide:
