Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals and continuously assess their progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment modalities, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations with our clinical team to enhance treatment strategies and share insights.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training programs to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Implement strategies to manage no-show appointments, enhancing appointment adherence and overall client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues. Our clients often come from underserved communities within the Tampa Bay area, where access to mental health services can be limited. As a therapist, you will play an essential role in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, ultimately guiding them toward meaningful healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice therapy unsupervised (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Florida.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license by any regulatory board.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults in a community health setting.
